ABOUT JIMMY JENKENHEIMER
Jimmy Jenkenheimer is our ambitious, though unrefined Adventure Super Master, a hero with the power to travel into any piece of literature by striking himself as hard as he can in the head with the book's cover. Using this gift, Jimmy leads his companions on an episode of his weekly TV series (a cross between Reading Rainbow and The Crocodile Hunter). However, when his arch-rival The Crab Handed Man chases Jimmy from world to world, Jimmy has to learn how to balance the safety of his friends with the mental grief he’s taken so long to shield himself from.
Jimmy Jenkenheimer ran for three performances between November 10th-11th as part of the Coffeehouse Workshop Series in the California Institute of The Arts. A second run of the show is being planned for Late November of 2024.
